We stayed at The Place Gurugram for 17 nights and wanted to express our appreciation for the excellent service. All the staff have been helpful and welcoming. The staff at the restaurant have been incredibly helpful and attentive to our requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special shoutout for Vishan, National, Aman and Rahul who have been especially kind and friendly, chef Bhandari and the chef in white for the soul-healing soups and fresh dishes and the maintenance guy who promptly provided us with an adaptor. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism!

This was our first time staying in a smaller property. We liked the room as it was just like it would be in any five star just slightly smaller but did the job. The staff was amicable and helpful. The hotel was very convenient to drive from most restaurants and malls in Gurgaon. Great place to stay if not looking for a fancy lobby. Nutshell: clean, tidy, helpful staff, good chef, good breakfast. I would definitely recommend.

I think this property is a hidden gem. Centrally located. Room was very comfortable. In room dining was very reasonable. Good selection at breakfast. Staff was very attentive and eager to help. Check in and check out was quick and smooth.

It's literally in the center, the room is nice, This is my second time staying here noticing that they changed the tv which is way more better than before. Staffs were professional and polite. See you again for sure :)

The room and bathroom was very spacious. Good working air condition. Personnel was very kind and helpful. Early Check-In to the room was allowed at arrival. Additional water bottles were provided upon request.

We had very good stay everything was perfect specially all the staff. They were all very helpful. Chandan restaurant manager he went out of his way to help us all the reception staff was excellent. Thank you to everyone who made our stay very comfortable.

Room, amenities, check in and out, buffet were all good. Appreciate the non skid mat in the shower, that is thoughtful.
